Festival Details

Below are the details for last years festival.
We will update this page as details become available for our 10th annual festival to be held on Saturday, April 25th, 2020!

Parking: We have secured several convenient parking options for festival-goers.

  • Places you CAN park from 11am-3pm:
    • Plymouth Church (87 Edgell Rd.) – Main festival attendee parking w/ Electronics and Bike recycling
    • First Parish Church (24 Vernon St.)
    • First Baptist Church (1013 Worcester Rd.)
  • Parking from 1-3pm ONLY: Northeast Community Bank (35 Edgell Rd.)
  • Accessible parking ONLY: Village Hall parking lot (2 Oak St.)
  • Places you CAN NOT park:
    • Anywhere on Vernon St.
    • Anywhere on Edgell Rd.
    • Santander (39 Edgell Rd.)
    • Jonathan Maynard building (14 Vernon St.)
    • Dr. Mark Fried DMD (61 Edgell Rd.)

Recycling: Remember that there are lots of items that you can bring to the Common to recycle on festival day! See our website’s Recycling Details page for more information.

Kids Activities: As always, we will have activities specifically designed for children.

  • In the Framingham Earth Day Festival sponsored Kids Korner, children can enjoy nature-based games and art projects including:
    • Endangered species walk and art activity book
  • Other kid-friendly activities offered by vendors include:

Food: We will have lots of local, vegetarian food options for the entire family.

Music: Enjoy live, local music throughout the festival, presented by Centre Music House. Performances include:

And after the festival ends, while vendors break down and volunteers clean up the Common, enjoy:

Speakers: Between the bands, hear from local speakers who are supporting Framingham on its journey towards sustainability.

Yoga Classes: Participate in free yoga classes scheduled throughout the day – all are welcome to join!

  • 11:15pm: Parent and Me Preschool Yoga w/ Becky of “The Mindful Child”
  • 12:15pm Gentle Vinyasa w/ Michele of The Gentle Place
  • 1:15pm: Yogalates w/ Karen of The Gentle Place
